Our hallmark level of excellence has been provided for multimillion-dollar residential home construction, apartment complexes, private residences, remodels, move-outs, and everything in between. Some of these projects have spanned years through the many phases of construction to final completion and turn over to the owner or being ready to be marketed for sale. The company is highly valued for its years of experience in cleaning and support covering many areas including deep, detailed, turn-overs, hands-on assistance to designers, project managers, subcontractors, and owners with proficiency and professionalism.

Theresa Teague, owner and founder of Cowgirl Cleaning Company was born and raised in the valley. She is well-known and respected for her expertise in this field. She has worked on some of the most premier addresses in the valley alongside the construction teams and owners. 

Her years of experience provide an extra layer of service, in addition to cleaning, such as painting, repairs, general maintenance, window cleaning, lawn and garden maintenance, pick-ups and drop-offs to the airport, and even animal care on special occasions.

This Property Management Branch is intended to provide these additional services in an affordable, cost-effective way. Tailored and designed on an individual basis is the primary focus.
